Join us for our in-person training sessions, that will take place in various parks across Bogota on Saturday mornings! In these sessions, you will be able to connect with fellow runners that share your same passion, dedication, and commitment. These sessions are meant to complement your ongoing preparation for race day, providing opportunities to enhance your running technique, strength, stability, power, endurance, and flexibility.
During our sessions, we will be accompanied by our official psychologist, nutritionist and physical therapist!
