United for Colombia Team, Social Cause of Bogota Half Marathon.

• Sport has become the main instrument of social inclusion to empower the beneficiaries of the foundation through overcoming challenges such as the half marathon of Bogota, that is why last July 30 the United for Colombia (UFC) team participated with 30 runners, survivors of landmines and suffering from some kind of disability.
• The 30 athletes, beneficiaries of UFC, come from different regions of the country from Loboguerrero (Valle del Cauca), Tibú (Norte de Santander), Mesetas (Meta), San Pablo (south of Bolivar), Medellín, Ibagué and Bogotá.
• The UFC team made up of beneficiaries and amateur marathoners brought together a total of 300 participants from all over Colombia at the mmB. The presence of this diverse and inclusive group during the marathon and expo-fair promoted the power of sport to transform lives, heal wounds and unite us as a society.
